• Corporate documentation
  The Bank’s corporate documentation includes the Charter, Corporate Code of Conduct, Regulations for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, etc. All of them are focused on banking policy regulation and corporate management system provision. They also describe roles and duties of various managing boards.
• Management structure
  The structure rests on the precise division of functions and authority among various controls, first of all between the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board and the Management Board. Besides the roles and the responsibility of each control required to provide the full accountability to the shareholders.
• Consolidated reporting
  The consolidated reporting system is created to provide complete transparency of the Bank's activities and to inform shareholders on achievements and results of financial and economic activity.
